Payment Policy for Adult Teams

the Payment Policy is as follows for ALL Adult Teams: $250 dollar Deposit is Due before the start of the First game. The remaining Team Balance is due before the start of the 3rd Game. It is a "No Pay, No Play" Policy after the start of the 3rd game.

Rick Byrd, General Partner, Stampede Properties, LP has taken over as GM of Stampede.  Rick, along with Dean Lackey, Peter Walsch, and 17 other limited partners completed Stampede four years ago. Rick lives in Southlake along with his wife Kristi and two children.  He's also a pilot for American Airlines. 

Mike Jones Is one of our Adult Directors of Adult Sports. Mike can be reached at 817-201-1347. Mike handles Men's Soccer and CoEd over 30 Soccer. Mike has been a ref at Stampede for Years and comes to us via Canada. He is a Soccer Nut and is Excited to be a part of Stampede Sports. Please welcome Mike with all your thoughts, compliments and complaints. Good Luck Mike!

Tina Hutchinson is one of our Adult Directors and has been with Stampede for well over 2 years now. She handles Women's Soccer, CoEd Open Soccer, CoEd Flag Football, and Women's Flag Football. She plays and coaches soccer at Stampede and has helped our Women's' Soccer Divisions continue to grow and grow. Marcus McCarty is our director of Football.  Marcus has taken our youth football programs and put them on the map!  We are now ready to expand our Football Program and thanks to Marcus's hard work and dedication we are excited to see it continue to grow. Clarke Hutchinson is our director of Youth Soccer and plays in our over 30 division with his wife Tina on the Landzedge team.  He coaches several Soccer Teams in the area and has been with Stampede for over 3 years now. Clarke is also our Private/Corporate Event Coordinator and has helped Stampede reach new heights during his tenure. Clarke lives in Richland Hills and has a daughter who also plays at Stampede. 

Please stop and say high to our staff.  We're hoping to make your time at Stampede enjoyable and if there is anything we can do to help you out, just let us know.  Have a great season!!!

 
 
NEW RED CARD POLICY

Red Card Regulations 

Starting Fall 2009, all red cards will carry the following consequences. 

1st red: $25 fine*
2nd red: $50 fine*          

Player will have to sit out the next game in that league. After paying the $25 fine, player is allowed to play on a different league but not sooner than the day after receiving the red card. Player receiving the red card is not allowed to continue playing on the same night, not even for a different league. (card will be confiscated at time of offense)

3rd red/ea. subsequent: $75*        

Player will have to sit out next 7 calendar days in all leagues (card will be confiscated at time of offense) 

Red card for fighting, spitting or game officials' assault/abuse :$50*        

Player will have to sit out next 7 calendar days in all leagues (card will be confiscated at time of offense) 

After the 3rd red card (2nd red card for fighting), Stampede reserves the right to expel the player from the team/s and from our facility.

*These fines will be applied to the team invoice and no playoff games will be played by teams having outstanding fines.

**Record of player’s red card remains on file for one year.

Misconduct toward Game Officials; 

Misconduct against referees may occur before, during and after the match. Misconduct can be from a player, coach, team administrator, club official orteam spectator who assaults or abuses any referee. 

Assault includes, but is not limited to the following acts committed upona referee: hitting, kicking, punching, choking, spitting on, grabbing or bodilyrunning into a referee; head butting; the act of kicking or throwing any objectat a referee that could inflict injury; damaging the referee's uniform orpersonal property, i.e. car, equipment, etc. 

Referee abuse is a verbal statement or physical act not resulting in bodilycontact which implies or threatens physical harm to a referee or thereferee's property or equipment. 

Referee abuse also includes, but is not limited to the following actscommitted upon a referee: using foul or abusive language toward a referee;spewing any beverage on a referee's personal property; or spitting at (but noton) the referee; berating; harassing; badgering; bullying; or publicallyhumiliating a referee or referee’s decision. 

When you do not like a referee’s decision, you can calmly and respectfullyask them for reconsideration, but ANYTHING beyond this strays into the areaof dissent (Yellow card), Assault or Abuse (Red Card). Walk away from the confrontation;Talk to Stampede manager on duty (after the game) for complaints.
